- Keep Plenty of reliable sources are available - some of it found under the company's previous name, Entertainment Properties Trust. For example: Kansas City Star ([1] [2] [3]), Kansas City Business Journal ([4] [5]), Wall Street Journal ([6] and at least 3 other stories of over 700 words focused on the company, behind their paywall), Bloomberg News. As a rule of thumb, publicly traded companies will usually be notable - see WP:LISTED - and the fact that they own numerous notable properties, as listed in the article, should have been a hint that sources would likely exist.
